Monique Terblanche is a force to be reckoned with as she holds a degree in Psychology and Labour Relations from North-West University(NWU).
Monique began her career in the education industry when she interned as a personal assistant and assisted the human resource department and further managed learners with disabilities while they completed their NQF leaderships.

Still staying within the education sphere, Monique worked her way up the corporate ladder and began assisting within the operations and marketing fields. Monique prides herself on being actively involved in women empowerment initiatives.
It was here that she made a career field change and found herself working in both the legal professional space and managing operations and marketing for a women empowerment platform.
She has a passion for graphic design, marketing as well a operational systems. Her negotiation, sales and marketing skills makes her an asset in any organisation.
